Planning Permission was gained for 30 houses and flats in Totley, Sheffield. The use of terraced housing continues a successful Sheffield typology, creates legible, pleasant streets and achieves high density with low neighbourhood impact. Green roofs offer wild-life habitat and reduce drainage demand.
